A gas pipeline was damaged on Saturday in an explosion in Pir Koh area of Dera Bugti district.
As per local administration, unidentified miscreants planted an explosive device near the gas pipeline and later detonated it by remote control.
A sizeable portion of the pipeline was damaged in the blast.
An official of local administration said that the repair work on the damaged portion of the pipeline had been initiated and it would be completed soon.
