QUETTA: Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Nawab Aslam Raisani has expressed will to gather all politicians of Balochistan on one platform to chalk out plans for ending poverty and sense of deprivation from the province. According to Sarawan House sources, he expressed these views during a meeting with former MNA Sardar Kamal Khan Bangulzai and former minister Nawab Muhammad Khan Shahwani on Saturday.

The chief of Sarawan tribe had called on the two leaders to discuss the situation of Mastung district in the aftermath of the recent spell of heavy rains and snowfall. “The leaders stressed joint efforts by all tribal chiefs and politicians to end poverty and sense of deprivation from Balochistan,” the sources said, adding that Raisani “has expressed will to gather all politicians of Balochistan on a united platform”.

The leaders decided to carry on a series of meetings to discuss Mastung’s situation in the better interest of local people.
