MPA Umrani pledges provision of basic amenities to people
Blames previous govt for working for its own benefit instead of public’s

Member of the provincial assembly (MPA) Sikandar Ali Khan Umrani on Friday said solid measures were being taken to ensure supply of all basic facilities to the masses in province at their doorstep.
Talking to the media, Umrani, who is also a member of the ruling Balochistan Awami Party, said the incumbent provincial government led by Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan was paying special attention to the collective issues of the masses in order to address them on permanent bases.
“Instead of paying attention to the matters of the masses, the previous provincial government worked for its own benefit,” said the MPA. "I believe in serving humanity and utilising all my resources for the welfare of the public in my constituency.
Umrani said the development process would start after proper consultations with the people.
He said he had visited his constituency after being successfully elected as an MPA and heard all of the issues of the public, adding that they had decided to make collective schemes for the benefit of the people of the area.

He said the previous government awarded funds to only a few of their own people, which was why people were deprived of all basic amenities of life.
Umrani vowed to fulfil promises made to the people during the general elections campaigning at any cost for the betterment of the masses and the province.
