Bus driver loses control of the vehicle due to speeding
LAHORE:
At least 17 people suffered injuries when a passenger bus and a van collided on Multan Road on Friday. Police said that the bus driver lost control of the vehicle due to speeding. As a result, the victims received injuries. On receiving information, rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the victims to a nearby hospital. In a separate incident, a seven-year-old boy was killed and dumped into a drain in Sabzazar on Friday. Police said that the victim, identified as Azan, had gone to a nearby shop to buy something to eat. When he didn’t return after an hour, his family registered a complaint to the police. Police arrested the suspected shopkeeper named Imran. The suspect during the police custody confessed to murdering the victim after sexually assaulting him.
