FAISALABAD: Faisalabad is one of the fastest growing cities of Pakistan which has the potential to stabilise the national economy by multiplying exports, said Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) former president Mian Muhammad Adrees.

Speaking at the soft launch of Faisalabad Expo-2019, Adrees noted that the exhibition would provide an opportunity to domestic manufacturers for showcasing high-quality and internationally acknowledged products within the country.

He appreciated the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) for organising exhibitions at the local level over the past two decades. However, he lamented that it was still a dream to arrange such events in other important cities of the country.

He added that continuity of such events was imperative to penetrate potential domestic markets and “hence it is our second attempt to organise the Faisalabad expo with aggressive marketing.”
