QUETTA: The law enforcement agencies on Thursday nabbed 25 outlaws, including sixteen proclaimed offenders and two drug pushers, from various parts of Balochistan.

As per details, Quetta police carried out raids within the jurisdiction of Satellite Town, Jinnah Town, Kharotabad, Airport Road, Zarghoon Abad and Khaliq Shaheed police stations and nabbed 16 proclaimed offenders, including three others, who had been allegedly involved in infringing the rental act.

Separately, Dera Bugti police claimed to have nabbed four criminals, including two murderers, who allegedly killed a woman a day ago.

An official of the local police said that a day ago a suicide of a woman was reported in Bakhlani Colony of Sui Town. After receiving information, police rushed to site and shifted the body to a nearby hospital for autopsy.

After the medical procedure, doctors stated that the woman had not committed suicide, but was killed.

The police arrested her husband and her brother, who confessed to committing the crime during interrogation.

Similarly, in another operation, Dera Bugti police carried out a raid in Peshi and arrested two wanted criminals who were evading arrest for the last four years.

Moreover, Windar police, under the supervision of Station House Officer Malik Abdul Jabbar, conducted a raid in the Dam-bandar area, arrested two drug pushers and recovered around 940 grammes of hashish and 20 grammes of heroin from their possession.
