13 tele-medicine centres to be opened in K-P
The centres will be connected with the Services Hospital in Peshawar

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Health Minister Dr Hisham Inamullah Khan has said that telemedicine services will be expanded to the merged districts of the province where 13 telemedicine centers would be opened and these will be connected with Services Hospital Peshawar.
He expressed these views during his visit to Services Hospital, Peshawar. The visit was aimed to review the 100 days performance of the hospital. Services Hospital Medical Superintendent (MS) Dr Fakhr-ul-Din, soon after his posting as MS proposed a 100 days plan.
The health minister was quite impressed with the performance of the MS and said Dr Fakhruddin has done his best to bring some visible changes in the hospital.
Dr Hisham said that instead of initiating new projects, the government would complete the on-going mega projects like institute of cardiology.
Later on, while talking to the media, he said that the new board for health care commission has been formed while the new chief executive would also be appointed soon after the post is advertised.
