People of Goharabad held a protest here as they are likely to face displacement due to the construction of dam in Chilas. The chief minister ordered that forces be deployed in Chilas, where the Diamer-Bhasha dam is under construction. The residents of the valley condemned the move and said it was a tool to suppress their voices.
