Football: Tevez may stay on at City
Carlos Tevez’s agent has revealed it is unlikely the Argentine forward will leave Manchester City this summer.
MANCHESTER:
Carlos Tevez’s agent has revealed it is unlikely the Argentine forward will leave Manchester City this summer. The striker stated in an interview that he was unhappy in Manchester and is desperate to leave. However, Tevez’s representative Kia Joorabchian has now revealed that it is unlikely that he will leave during the current transfer window as he is prepared to stick with City and move his family to Manchester. “I don’t think speculation about Carlos leaving is fair at the moment,” Joorabchian told the Daily Star. “Maybe it’s a case of his family coming over to him. That’s something he’s trying to sort out.”
