Additional Session Judge has directed authorities to lodge an FIR against the provincial health minister

Additional Session Judge IV Quetta Bashir Ahmed Badini has directed authorities to lodge an FIR against the provincial health minister, secretary health and the police officials, while acting on the plea filed by junior doctors, which alleged that that they used brute force to beat the protesting doctors during their peaceful rally.
The Young Doctors Association has filed the plea in a sessions court which said doctors took out a rally to peacefully register their protest with the provincial chief minister. The plea however alleged that on the directives of Provincial Health Minister Ayinullah Shams and Secretary Health Asmathullah Kakar, the police used teargas shells and baton-charge to disperse them.
