K-P Assembly team calls on provincial deputy speaker

Mehmood Jan invites his Baloch counterpart to visit Peshawar

QUETTA: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly’s 21-member delegation led by Deputy Speaker Mahmood Jan called on his Baloch counterpart Sardar Babar Musakhael at provincial assembly on Wednesday.
The delegation of K-P comprised ministers including Information Minister Shaukat Yousafzai, Mineral Minister Amjad Ali, provincial Minister Ziaullah Bangash, women parliamentarians and other members of provincial assembly.

The delegation and Musakhel exchanged their views regarding stability of the country including K-P and Balochistan’s political and geographical situation.

Musakhael informed the delegation about Balochistan Assembly in detail when they were visiting different sections of the assembly.

The delegation members were presented shawls to women parliamentarians. K-P Deputy Speaker Mahmood Jan thanked the Balochistan cabinet members for their hospitality.

He also invited Deputy Speaker Musakhael and Balochistan cabinet members to visit K-P Assembly for enhancing positive manual relationship between the two provinces.

Jan said the K-P’s delegation members have gained a lot of experience after participating in the two-day workshop for achieving sustainable development objectives, which was conducted in Balochistan.

He said: “We have received great love from political leaders of Balochistan after meeting them during the visit which would be always remembered, adding such workshops were important for the country and its provinces’ stability”.
