How can you compare RD with this diplomat, who showed compassion to shift the injured to hospital? Accidents can happen in big congested cities, but as long as there are no intention and the response is humane, you cannot blame a person just for being an India. Shame on you, seems you are another brainwashed product of ISI/Military and our Pakistan studies, who cannot look beyond hating everything and blaming everyone else.
