QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Amanullah Khan Yasinzai has urged tribal heads to come forward and play their due role as mediators in getting rid of inter-tribal skirmishes.

“Both Baloch and Pashtuns are followers of traditions that provide true foundation to collective awareness and feeling of responsibility,” said the governor in a meeting with a tribal elder of Kharan, Riyaz Nosherwani, on Tuesday.

“The actual advancement of man resides in the sacrifice of the interest of an individual in face of the collective advantage of many,” said Yasinzai, urging the enlightened members of the society to devote their lives for promotion of awareness and education so that the dream of an educated Balochistan could be fulfilled.
