A girl was allegedly subjected to sexual assault in Okara, Express News has learnt.
Reportedly, S*, a resident of Depalpur City, had gone for some work to Rajoi Chowk. While she was waiting for a rickshaw to go back home, three culprits, including Fayyaz and Rashid, approached her.
The accused allegedly abducted S* and took her to an abandoned house situated in the area. The suspects locked the victim in a room and allegedly sexually assaulted her.
After committing the offence, the accused fled the scene. The police have registered a case on the complaint of the victim and conducted raids to nab the suspects.
On February 4, a girl was raped in Kabirwala. Haveli police said that R*, a resident of Moza Mubarak Shah, went to the fields for some work. While the victim was passing through the fields, accused Muhammad Akram caught and allegedly raped the girl.
The culprit also threatened R* of dire consequences if she told anyone about the incident.
After committing the heinous act, the accused fled the scene.
