Man gunned down over enmity

Accused took Saleem a few metres away from the roadside and allegedly opened fire on him

FAISALABAD: A man was allegedly gunned down over an enmity within the Saddar police station precincts in Faisalabad, Express News has reported.

The police said that Muhammad Saleem, a resident of Sir Syed Town, was riding a motorcycle along with his wife when four unidentified armed suspects intercepted them.

Five of a family killed over land dispute

The accused took Saleem a few metres away from the roadside and allegedly opened fire on him. As a result, the victim suffered a bullet injury to the head. He was rushed to Civil Hospital for treatment. but could not survive.

Later, the deceased’s body was handed over to heirs after completing legal formalities.
