DC says satisfied with Chinese people’s security

QUETTA: District Chagai’s Deputy Commissioner Fateh Khan Khajjak has expressed satisfaction over arrangements for security of Chinese engineers and officials working at Saindak Copper Gold Project.

Chinese MRDL Company president briefed DC Khajjak on production capabilities of the project. The DC urged the company also to work for the development of Chagai.

The DC also met people travelling to Iran at Taftan House and assured them to resolve their issues. He said the government is providing facilities to the travelers in Taftan.

“The timing for opening of Pakistan-Iran gate at Taftan border would be discussed with Iran authorities,” the DC said while addressing an open court in Saindak.

He also listened to people’s issues and gave instructions for resolution of water, health and education issue. He assured the residents of the area that their problems would be resolved.
