‘Honour’ Killing: Man kills wife over suspicion
No arrest has been made so far.
FAISALABAD:
A man butchered his wife after he suspected her of having an affair. According to Sadar Police officials, Makkoana resident Muhammad Shaukat was suspicious that his wife Fatima, was pregnant with another man’s child. Fatima was the mother of three children and was six months pregnant when her husband killed her in her sleep. Shaukat hacked his wife with an axe and fled the district on Wednesday. Police officials have registered a case against the accused but no arrest has been made so far.
