PM Imran vows to make overseas nationals proud of 'Naya Pakistan'
Premier addresses Pakistani diaspora at an event in Doha
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government was striving to make a 'Naya Pakistan' that overseas nationals can be proud of.
The country's premier was speaking at an event in Doha, Qatar for overseas Pakistanis.
PM Imran said he would steer the country out of these difficult times it is currently going through.
"Pakistan has no shortage in resources, it is only the corrupt former governments that have looted the national wealth which is why we are in the state we find ourselves in," he added.

"Overseas Pakistanis play a vital role for Pakistan's economy and you are our most important assets," he said.
Earlier in the day, Imran met with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in Doha.
The premier and the emir discussed the entire spectrum of bilateral ties and regional and international matters of mutual interest.
A formal welcoming ceremony in the honour of the premier was also held at Amiri Diwan in Doha.
