JUI-F leader indicted for hate speech
Mufti Kifayat Ullah denies all charges
RAWALPINDI:
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Mufti Kifayat Ullah has been indicted for hate speech by an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC). The suspect was charged with spreading religious prejudice and hate through speeches.
The JUI-F leader, though, has denied all charges, hence the case would go to trial. The court has directed the Hazru Attock Police Station SHO to produce witnesses before the court.
Moreover, an anti-terror court has reserved its verdict over the fourth scheduled case for January 19 against Abdul Wahab Shakir.
