Police arrest two security guards for robbing Chinese man in Karachi
Private guards were taken into custody from Jamshoro for looting Rs3 million from the foreign national
Two private security guards were arrested on Friday from interior Sindh for robbing Rs3 million from a Chinese national in Karachi’s upscale Defence Housing Authority (DHA) neighbourhood yesterday.
According to police officials, the suspects were hired for the security of the foreigner, private TV channels reported.
'Chinese consulate attack planned in Afghanistan, funded by RAW'
DIG South Sharjeel Karim Kharral said the Chinese national sustained wounds after he was stabbed by the suspects. He was taken to a private hospital, where his condition is said to be out of danger now.
Knife used in the attack, looted cash, a mobile phone and a pistol were recovered from their possession, he added.
