A man was shot dead over a personal dispute in Quaidabad on Tuesday. According to police, the assailants opened fire on the man, Syed Ikhtiyar Shah, 45, son of Pir Malik Shah, at the door of his house in Landhi Sherpao Colony, and fled the scene. As a result, he suffered two bullets in his chest and died on the spot. The police said that the attack was based on personal enmity and began further probe. The body was shifted to JPMC for medico-legal formalities.
