ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad's accountability court sentenced deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif to seven years in jail in the Al-Azizia corruption reference.
Nawaz sentenced to 7 years in jail in Al-Azizia reference, arrested fromcourtroom
The court acquitted the PML-N supremo in the Flagship reference but imposed a fine of Rs1.5 billion. His sons, Hassan and Hussain, were declared absconders.
