ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Zulfiqar Bukhari and Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi have asked Islamabad International  Airport administration to provide standard facilities to overseas Pakistanis.

Taking notice of the crowd of travellers on immigration counter, they suggested increasing the number of immigration counters.

They also examined the Overseas Pakistani Foundation counters and stressed on easing the process of entry and exit of Pakistani nationals living abroad.

Bukhari said that OPF counters are being updated for the ease of Pakistani nationals living abroad while one-window operation has already started.

Senators rail against lack of facilities at new Islamabad airport

Civil Aviation Authority on the directives of federal ombudsman has formed a one-window counter at the airport for the facilitation of Pakistanis coming from foreign countries.
