The top three players - Luke Donald, Lee Westwood and Martin Kaymer - will go out in the same group in the first two rounds of the US Open. All three will assess each other’s games for the second major of the year. Current world number one Donald must be aware of what shape Westwood will find himself in, after the pair recently contested a play-off at Wentworth.
