PESHAWAR: The British High Commission held the K-P semi-final for its fourth annual Great Debate competition at the Institute of Management Sciences in Peshawar.

The competition featured 23 students from six universities in K-P.

At the end of an intense competition, Muhammad Haider from IM Sciences was the winner and Sajjad Ahmed from IM Sciences was the runner-up.

The Acting British High Commissioner Richard Crowder said: “Students had the opportunity to debate on themes including trade, innovation, business and entrepreneurship. The U-K is Pakistan’s second largest export market overseas and we would like to see trade between both countries increasing.”
