Naqeebullah case: Court seeks petitioner’s comments

KARACHI:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday sought arguments from the petitioner's lawyer on the bail plea of the accused in the Naqeebullah murder case.
Muhammad Anar, Khair Muhammad and Faisal had filed for plea. Lawyer of the accused, Advocate Mushtaq Ahmed, said that his clients had no connection with the incident.
He argued that his clients were posted in nearby police stations then and they arrived at the spot with the police team after the incident.
