Entrepreneurship: 170 youth complete business training

Successful entrepreneurs will get grant cheques

PESHAWAR:
Business training of 170 young people is near completion under the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Youth Impact Challenge programme of LUMS university helped train 115 young people including 35 women in business start-up. Successful entrepreneurs will get grant cheques from K-P government at a ceremony planned on December 19.

K-P government had initiated the programme with Rs50 million worth of grant last year and has so far disbursed Rs14 million enabling 43 young entrepreneurs to begin their business. The candidates receiving grants through K-P Youth Impact Challenge belong to various districts of the province.
