Secretary promises quality education

Lehri meets a delegation of youth led by Khuda-e-Raheem Mengal from Kalat

QUETTA: Education Secretary Tayab Lehri has promised to enlighten every house of the province with the quality education.

He held out the assurance during a meeting with a delegation of youth led by Khuda-e-Raheem Mengal from Kalat district on Sunday.

The secretary said that the government is working on an emergency basis to bring reforms in the education sector of the province.



Measures are being taken to open the closed schools located in the remote parts of the province, he added.

Lehri lamented that many children in Balochistan are out of school and deprived of a blessing like education.

He said the chief minister is personally interested in improving the province’s education sector. Without education no nation can forge ahead in this modern-day world, he stressed.

He advised parents to play their part and collaborate with the government in their children’s education.
