Complaint portal: Chief secretary asks officials to resolve online complaints
These directives were conveyed to all concerned quarters by the PMRU

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary Naveed Kamran Baloch has directed all administrative secretaries, divisional commissioners and deputy commissioners of the province for immediate action and response to solve public complaints sent to the Pakistan Citizen Portal by the residents of K-P.
These directives were conveyed to all concerned quarters by the Performance Management and Reforms Unit (PMRU) Coordinator Shahid Mehmood on Friday.
The directive says that complaints, grievances or any injustice reported by the public to Pakistan Citizen's portal, needs urgent attention of the concerned administrative officer to solve the problem of common man as early as possible. At least 242,414 individuals registered themselves with Pakistan Citizen's Portal and 22,433 complaints were received by it.
