Cleanliness drive starts in Abbottabad
In connection with Clean and Green Pakistan campaign initiated by PM Imran
ABBOTTABAD:
The district administration, Water and Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA) and Yaqeen Foundation have started a cleanliness drive in Abbottabad in connection with Clean and Green Pakistan campaign initiated by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Deputy Commissioner Aamir Afaaq, Assistant Commissioner Usman Ashraf, WSSCA Solid Waste Management Deputy Manager Javaid Abbasi and officials of Yaqeen Foundation participated in the inauguration ceremony held in Salhad.
DC Afaaq explained that during this campaign, they would clean Karakoram Highway (KKH), link roads and streets. He added that WSSCA staff will clear all the drains along the roads.
