Man allegedly rapes daughters in Gujranwala

Accused father allegedly sexually assaulted A* some six months ago, while he abused M* a week back

A man allegedly raped his two daughters in Gujranwala, Express News reported on Wednesday.

The police official said M*, a resident of a village near Qila Dedar Singh, had married S*. He added the couple had two daughters identified as 14-year-old A* and 12-year-old M*.

He maintained that Muzammil allegedly sexually assaulted A* some six months ago, while he abused M* a week back. Both girls told their mother S* about the incidents, the official mentioned.


He said the mother immediately informed her brother G* about the matter and the latter registered a complaint against the accused at the police station.

He highlighted that the victims were shifted to a local hospital for a medical examination. However, their initial reports were awaited. The police have started investigations, while the culprit was on the run.

Earlier, a girl was repeatedly raped by her father for seven months in Faisalabad’s Chak Jhumra area.

The victim’s mother T*, a resident of Chak No 199-RB, Fakharabad, lodged a complaint at the police station in which she stated that she works as a maid in the area, while her husband, A*, works as a labourer at a factory.

She added A* had been allegedly sexually abusing their 15-year-old daughter R*for the last seven months while she was alone at the house. The woman stated in her complaint that as a result of the repeated rape, her daughter had become pregnant. She said A* also threatened their daughter of dire consequences if she ever spoke about the ordeal.
