FC soldier martyred in Kohlu

A Frontier Corps (FC) soldier was martyred and two other people suffered injuries when a landmine exploded in Kahan tehsil of Kohlu district on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Sepoy Wahid and the injured as Sepoy Spin Badshah and civilian Wazir Khan.
According to Levies officials, the incident occurred near Bahadur check post.
The personnel were searching the area after receiving information about landmines planted there when the explosion took place.
Security personnel rushed to the place and shifted the body and injured to hospital. The area was cordoned off and an investigation is underway.
