Islamia University: Science body to set up research centre
Access to national and international research journals would be made available at the centre.
BAHAWALPUR:
Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) will establish an Information Unit at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) for the promotion of research activities. An IUB spokesman, Shahzad Ahmad, said the decision was reached in a meeting between IUB vice chancellor Dr Muhammad Mukhtar and the PASTIC director. He said the centre would help the faculty and students in their research work. He said access to national and international research journals would be made available at the centre.
