PESHAWAR:
A 10th grader committed suicide under mysterious circumstances in Peshawar's Sarband area on Thursday.

Bilal Khan, 15, reportedly shot himself during the school's assembly hour.

According to the victim's father Fathullah, Bilal shot at himself, receiving critical wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but could not survive.


Schoolboy who took a day leave from work axed to death by employer

Police have registered a case of the incident and begun investigation.

Last month, a student of grade seven fell to his death from the rooftop of his three-storey school building in Karachi's Federal B Area.

The victim, 11-year-old H*, fell from the third floor of the Metropolitan School in FB Area, located within the limits of Samanabad police station. He was subsequently rushed to Ziauddin Hospital in North Nazimabad, where he succumbed to his injuries.
