ABBOTTABAD: Six associations of doctors of Ayub Teaching Hospital and Ayub Medical College Abbottabad have formed the Doctors Core Committee to take up the issues related to the Ayub Medical Institutions (AMI) and of the patients with the competent authorities and to solve them.

Office bearers of Hazara Medical Association, Malgari Doctors, Provincial Doctors Association, Insaf Doctors Forum, Peoples Doctors Forum and Pakistan Islamic Medical Association elected the first governing body on Thursday.

Dr Sajjad Ahmed Khan was nominated as chairman , Dr Motiullah as focal person, Dr Atif Hussain as press secretary while members include Dr Daud Iqbal, Dr Rehman Durrani, Dr Atif Hameed, Dr Hafeezullah, Dr Muhammad Akbar Khan, Dr Ajmal Khan, Dr Shagufta Naeem, and Dr Hammad.
