HYDERABAD: In a case of enforced disappearance, the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday ordered registration of FIR against personnel of a law enforcement agency. The petitioner, Maryam Nohri, claimed that her son Attaullah Nohri was whisked away by Rangers from the shrine of Gul Muhammad Shah Ghazi in Dahili taluka of Tharprakar on September 10. “Since that day Norhi’s whereabouts are unknown,” said her counsel. SHC directed the petitioner to appear before Khensar police station SHO and ordered the police to record her statement.
