Incentives planned: K-P govt seeks to revive sick units
Govt is also planning to provide tax rebate

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has prepared a plan to revive sick industrial units in the province. A spokesman to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Industries said that out of 2,300 industrial units; only 800 are operational in K-P. The spokesman said efforts are afoot to revive the 1,500 closed industrial units.
He said the government is also planning to provide tax rebate to the foreign investors for investment in the industrial sector.
