Famous political cartoonist and Dawn newspaper's staffer Rafique Ahmed, commonly known as Feica, has been hospitalised after suffering from a stroke on Wednesday.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of Feica's illness and announced that the provincial government will bear the expenses of his treatment.

According to the chief minister's spokesperson, Shah had asked doctors at the Agha Khan University Hospital about his health as well.
The cartoonist was born in Multan back in 1957 and studied from Lahore's National College of Arts (NCA).
After completing his education, he went on to work for several magazines and newspapers.
