Saqib misled the girl, took her to Karachi and got married in court

A court in Risalpur sent a man to jail for marrying his stepsister by deceiving the girl to believe that it was okay to marry a step sibling, though they shared the same father.
The court also ordered the police to provide send the girl to Darul Aman or shelter home.
According to the police, Saqib aged twenty 28 lured his own stepsister from Risalpur and took her along with her younger sister to Karachi and got married in the court.
The mother of the girl named Hazrat Bibi had registered a case in the Risalpur police station when she went missing some days ago.
Subsequently, the investigation officer, while searching for clues caught hold of a relative of the couple and made him talk with the help of time-tested police methods.
Once the information was available, a police party went to Karachi and brought the man and the girl back to Risalpur. On Tuesday, they were presented at the sessions court.
The court termed the wedding as un-Islamic and illegal and sentenced him for deceiving the court in Karachi and also misleading his own stepsister. The judge also slapped abduction charges on the culprit.
The court has directed the police to send the girl to shelter home and handed over the younger daughter to her mother.
