ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Argentina on Wednesday committed themselves to expedite the process of exchanging scientists, researchers and technical experts and to organise workshops/seminars to enhance mutual interests for the benefit of the people of the two countries. This was decided when Argentinean Ambassador Rodolfo J Martin Saravia called on Federal Minister for Science and Technology Mir Changez Khan Jamali here, said a press release. They discussed various agreements and proposals agreed upon during the federal minister’s visit to Argentina in May 2011.   The two sides also agreed that it was important to have an exchange of parliamentary delegations to enhance people to people contact in order to provide an impetus to the existing cordial relations and that there was a great potential for a mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of science and technology.
