Protest: Dozens of eunuchs protest against ASI
The eunuchs took out a protest rally from Top Chowk to the district police office (DPO).

Dozens of eunuchs protested against Cantt police on Monday morning for not recovering their stolen property. Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Mehmood Hashmat was accused of not recovering the stolen property of several eunuchs in the area. The eunuchs took out a protest rally from Top Chowk to the district police office (DPO). They said that their guru Neelam Khusra had been robbed by Puma Masih, after he entered her house and stole Rs600,000 in cash, gold ornaments and other items. Cantt police registered a case but did not arrest the thief. The eunuchs said ASI Hashmat was stalling the investigation.
