Collision: 12 members of same family killed in crash
Car crashes into speeding coach near Pir Zakirabad killing twelve members of a family.

Twelve members of a family, including eight women, were killed in an accident near Toba Tek Singh at Pir Mahal Road on Tuesday.
According to Pir Mahal Police, Khanewal resident Rustam Ali and his family were travelling in a car from Jaranawala, Faisalabad on Monday night, when their vehicle crashed into a speeding coach near Pir Zakirabad.
The impact killed 11 people on the spot.
According to rescue officials, those killed were identified as Rustam Ali, 30, Ashraf Ali, 28, Mrs Ahmed Ali, 55, Irshad Bibi, 25, Asia, 16, Riaz Bibi, 35, Sadaf, 16, Shahzadi, 17, Tasawwer, 12, Kainat, 7, and Mudassar, 60.
Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot and shifted Bushra, 7, to the DHQ Hospital but she failed to survive. After necessary legal formalities the bodies of the victims have been sent to their native village in Khanewal for burial. Pir Mahal police took custody of the coach, whose driver Mohammad Yasin Mughal, had fled scene. A case has been registered against Mughal and police are searching for his whereabouts.
