Sharif brothers meet at Ministers' Enclave in Islamabad

Deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif called on his brother and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif at the Ministers' Enclave in Islamabad on Monday, Express News reported.
The former chief minister, who was arrested in Ashiana Housing Scheme case by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), has been residing in the enclave since last week after the anti-graft body declared it a sub-jail.

Nawaz, on the other hand, was in the federal capital for his accountability court appearance.
According to party sources, the siblings discussed the political situation in the country, the party matters, NAB cases and the PML-N’s future strategy. They also discussed strategy for the NA session and contacts with other parties.
The NA session was adjourned on Friday after a lawmaker from the treasury benches pointed out lack of quorum. The opposition parties had accused the government of trying to escape oppositions’ questions with regard to the crisis that emerged in acquittal of blasphemy accused on October 31.
