During the hearing, the associate counsel for Khozad told the commission that Rabi Bin Tariq, the main counsel, did not appear in the court due to engagements at home.

To this, member Punjab Ibrahim Qureshi lashed out at the counsel for repeatedly changing his stance.

The member Sindh remarked that the National Database Registration Authority report against Khozad had been provided.

Another member, Shakil Baloch, told Khozad’s lawyer that a final chance was being given to his client, and the commission would announce its verdict on the next hearing, on November 6.
