NHA undertakes four projects

The National Highways Authority (NHA) has undertaken four major projects on Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model at a total cost of $3.38 billion during the past five years. Talking to APP on Wednesday an official of the NHA said the authority has established an active cell for encouragement of private sector involvement in road building schemes, which is providing information under one-window operation to the investors. He further said the NHA is planning to undertake five more projects on PPP basis in the future. These projects will be completed at an estimated of cost of $1.83 billion, he said.
