Tragedy : Two killed in road accident
Injured men were shifted to Benazir Bhutto Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
ISLAMABAD:
Two motorbike riders were killed by a speeding vehicle on GT Road, police said. Aurangzeb Gilani, a former councillor, and Zahid were on their way to Gujar Khan on a motorcycle (RIL-2577) when a Toyota Hiace (LES-6781) hit their bike, injuring both men. They were shifted to Benazir Bhutto Hospital where they were pronounced dead. The police managed to take hold of the van. However, the driver of the vehicle had fled the scene. The police have registered a case.
