LARKANA:
As many as 42,925 proclaimed offenders (POs) and absconders are on the loose within the Larkana Police Range but the police has not been able to arrest them due to negligence and shortage of cops.
According to statistics maintained by the Larkana Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIGP) office, 25,169 POs and 17,756 absconders are still at large in the entire division.
