‘Educational institutes playing a key role’

Minister says role of teachers is important for development of society

Balochistan Information Minister Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi said educational institutes, including Turbat University, are playing a key role in the progress of the province.

He expressed these views while visiting the University of Turbat and inspected different branches of the varsity, said a press release. He minister said role of teachers is important for development of any society.

He added that without knowledge, it is not possible to achieve objectives of growth. He said the university administration and teaching staff should fulfil their duties honestly and cooperate

with the provincial government for the development of Balochistan.

“The future of Balochistan is related to teachers “, he said and added that provincial government is ready for collaboration with lecturers and teachers for enhancing quality of education and betterment of academic institutions.

On the occasion, Vice Chancellor Turbat University Abdul Razzaq Sabir congratulated the minister for taking additional responsibility of Higher Education Department. He hoped that information minister would take steps to address problems related to education on top priority.

Earlier, Buledi was briefed regarding Turbat University’s requirement and other issues. He assured the vice chancellor that he would take measures to address all related problems of varsity
