ATC records nine witness’ statements in Baldia factory case
Directs the investigators to ensure the presence of the witnesses at the next hearing

KARACHI:
An anti-terrorism court recorded statements of nine witnesses in the Baldia Factory fire case and summoned more witnesses at the next hearing. The court also directed the investigators to ensure the presence of the witnesses at the next hearing on October 3. MQM-P leader Rauf Siddiqui appeared before the court while jail authorities produced party workers Rehman Bhola, Zubair Charya and others. The witnesses testified that identification of the deceased was difficult. A total of 720 witnesses have been included in the case.
