Qilla Saifullah mourns Levies man’s martyrdom
Business activities across the city remain suspended

Qilla Saifullah wore a deserted look on Monday to mourn the martyrdom of Levies Risaldar Muhammad Afzal, who was martyred by unidentified persons in the Junction Chowk area on Sunday.
A complete shutter down strike was observed in Qilla Saifullah. Business activities across the city remained suspended while traffic was thin.
Seven, including Levies personnel, killed during two days of Eid in Balochistan
The trade unions called for a strike against the martyrdom of the Levies risaldar while the Akhtarzai tribe staged a protest demonstration, demanding immediate arrest of the perpetrators.
Muhammad Afzal’s funeral, in which a large number of citizens and tribal elders participated, was held in Qilla Saifullah. The Levies force paid guard of honour to the martyred Levies man. He was buried amid sobs and tears.
